Gokyo Ri Trek is a high altitude trek which first explores Sherpa Homeland ( Namche Bazar) then the trail ascends to stunning Gokyo Valley to the glacial lakes under Cho Oyu( 8153m.)
Everest Via Gokyo Ri Trek offers the magnificent views of Majesty Himalayas which includes, Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu. Except for stunning mountain views, this adventurous trekking offers the Sherpa’s hospitality, flora, and faunas of Sagarmatha National Park, wonderful Buddhist monasteries wrapped with prayer flags, Khumbu Glacier and many more.

Gokyo Ri Trek is a trek for hardcore trekkers. It is a great challenge and an achievement. This trek is graded as challenging one and suits for physically fit and experienced trekkers who really love a challenge.
Gokyo Ri Trekking is another alternative adventurous trekking route in the Everest region. Gokyo Ri has an elevation of 5357m and is above the Gokyo Valley. This trek is suitable for those who love an adventurous journey and do not have physical stress to reach the Everest Base Camp. The trekking trail leads trekkers all the way up to the turquoise lakes of the Gokyo valley, passing through beautiful Sherpa settlements, dense juniper, rhododendron, pine and birch forests and made up of several beautiful valleys with breathtaking Himalayas sceneries. It is part of the Everest Base Camp route except that it branches away to Gokyo and from Gokyo, we will follow the trails that descend back to Namche Bazaar through Dole.
